Where can I find mods for Uniden sportcat 150 and other uniden/Pro scanners? Standard web search just doesn't find any usefull info.

Still Looking for a little help. May be someone can suggest a web site where I could get some info. Or generate greater responses from a scanner only web site.

As far as opening-up the cellular coverage, forget it. Uniden changed their design of the sportcat a few years back. This even reduced the ability of the scanner to receive cellular "out-of-band" (from 895 to 915MHz search). The only thing I am aware of is an audio-boost in the ear-jack by grounding the ground part of the jack DIRECTLY to chassis-ground...sorry A good source of mods of all kinds is at http://www.mods.dk/index.htm
