Is it possible to get 26-28mhz on this radio,is it done with crystals and is it worth doing? Is it a good radio to convert OR is it over capitalising to achieve the results?
Cheers

You don't need to change crystals in the TS-140 Kenwood , it is a simple mod and you can find it on www.qrz.com

on the ts-120 you dont need to change xtals either. just go to the website and see for yourself about the ts-120.
