can anyone help. my friend and i just opened up his 66 and we followed the tips offered by an internet site on converting radio to receive am ch. there were 2 freq. choices we used the second .this display showed us the loose plug we needed to reattach and the solder joint that needed to be separated. upon doing this we tri ed radio and bingo we were receiving am. we did get back positive radio checks on am. is this all we needed to do? are there any other tunes or aligns we still forgot to do. we wouldlike to get more modulation as no amp will be used. also a636l mic will be used. also will these work same for a99?
