Just about all radios built today do not require a "Super" diode to get a 10KC slide as they did back in the 23-channel radio days. Since there's not enough demand for them anymore, there's not much of a point in making them anymore.

Moving up or down 10KC can usually be done right off the chip. But as far as A/M radios go, why would anyone even bother?

Jeff.
