Does anybody know or have the schematics on how to get this radio to really swing and be loud? It recieves extremley well and the audio is very clear, i want it to have a little more punch it is very flat. I am also running a Texas Star 500HD also. My local cb shop said he has blown up two of these boards trying to get them to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your local butcher has destroyed two of them, then he needs more training. It's a very simple board.

If your radio has the EPT-690010Z board in it, then Email me at kc0gxz@aol.com. I have some tried and proven mods for that board that will blow your socks off.

Jeff, kc0gxz.
