Look here http://www.wb4hfn.com/Modifications/SB012 It says for recive only, so it may or may not alow the radio to transmit, but your not going to transmit right? 8) |

Here is what i have... Add a switch to switch in and out manufactured crystals with new crystal... EARLY UNITS new freq.......new crystal 27.0-27.5 -------36.580 27.5-28.0--------37.080 28.0-28.5--------37.580 28.5-29.0--------38.080 LATE UNITS new freq.......new crystal 27.0-27.5-------31.5 27.5-28.0-------32.0 28.0-28.5-------32.5 28.5-29.0-------33.0 Add a switch to switch in and out manufactured crystals with new crystals.. TS-820, No S on the end, so i do not know if this will truly help you our not.. I don't know if these mods will help you, it's all i have myself, AND I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE ON IT...Hey i hope the info helps.. As always, any thing you do, is at your risk.. As i stated above, It says TS-820, no s on the end, and thier is a early and late model with diffrent instructions.. |
