Is there such a mod for this radio?? If so how do i go about doing it?? |

Yes and here is the mod, 307 said would work. +10khz jump on the side farthest away from the pll of the 10.240 mhz crystal , cut the trace then bridge the cut with a 22pf disc capacitor. After doing this solder a wire on each side of the cut, then solder those wires to a spst switch. switch on = normal switch off = +10khz (MAKE WIRES AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE) 307 said this would work!!!!!!!!!!! |
