Hello i have a superstar 3900 gold plus main
board is EPT690010c. Ok i get the beep up and runnig but feel its far to loud like to bring
it down some. Can not find info for this ?

hey al i posted an answer on ask the tech thread. try a resistor of between 10k & 100k in series with the wire going to the audio pin on back of mic socket. was blue on last couple beeps i did.
