--Hi, all. I have had a "problem" with my President P400 for about 16 years now. Nothing major, and if there is NOT a fix for it, I can live with it for another 16 years. Every time I change the channel, there is a pop in the speaker. It has always annoyed me. How can this be fixed? Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time.

This is the newer Washington correct? If so that is normal, I have owned the Teaberry Stalker XV and 2 Cobra 142 GTLs which are the same radio as the newer Washington and they all have the channel change "pop". There's nothing wrong with your radio.
