I want to add talkback to my new RCI 2985DX. Ranger told me to remove D67. Seems simple enough. However, the components are not marked on the board except for a few. Ranger emailed me the manual with the board layout. The bottom of the layout is unreadable. I think that is where D67 is. So, I am lost. Where is D67??????

CLICK on Search and type in: D67
Read the First Topic titled:
Ask The Tech: Radio's Base: 2995DX ECHO & TALK BACK
It should help, BUT it is NOT a Loud Talkback and NOT Adjustable and D67 is a SMT Component (BE VERY CAREFUL REMOVING IT!) and personally really NOT worth the trouble unless you want a very low sounding talkback.
