Cdn_superpower,

Welcome to the Copper Forum!

If you CLICK on the Modification List located to the left of the forum here under Tools you will find (some) tune up information that I have posted for the 135XLR.

Hope this helps,

Lon

roger that, I would like to unlock the clarifier and get 555 going too.
I've been trying to find this radio since i first seen it in len buckwalters "cb radio handbook"
and thought it was a prototype cause all i could find was the 23ch version.I'm impressed, it has a one-off toshiba board with 2 set of finals. I see the Cobra 132 Browning Baron and Tram D62 are the only models to use it and are all rare as hen's teeth (at least up here).
Can't wait for the skip to start its cycle again, I'm already hearing some weak skip now.
Thanks for the welcome, 73's

Cdn_superpower,

Sorry but all of the information I have on it is listed in the Modification List located to the left of the forum here under Tools

Maybe some other Copper Forum Members will be able to help with other mods.
