Bbmfic,

Try contacting our Copper Forum Member Robinhood13204 as he is the NORTHPOINT Factory Warranty Repair Center for Northpoint Radio's and he may be able to help.

im sorry i dont know how to use this forum to find him a little help please thanks bbmfic

Moderator Note!

You can check your Warranty Papers that came with the radio and it will have the information you need to contact him.

Or you can look to the left of the forum here under USER LIST and do a search and it will bring up his profile and e-mail address.

on my northpoint you need to hold down the power button for about 5 seconds WHILE you are hold down the #1 key.. After this the mod will work, but i need to do it each and everytime i power the radio on .
