I'm testing a new idea. This forum has been a wealth of information created by the users and Techs.
I fed all the conversations from the forum into an AI knowledge base. Users can ask questions of the knowledge base and get answers as if from a Tech.
This is experimental. Answers my not always be accurate but you may find it useful and with feedback I can prompt the AI to get better over time.
To try it out go to Coppers shopping cart and click on "Ask a Tech" in the bottom right hand corner. Give it a try and let me know what you think. |
