 MAGNUM S-9-175
After talking with Sam Lewis yesterday he informed me that the MAGNUM S-9-175 is being built NOW and the first shipment's should start arriving around the 1st Part of September.
MAGNUM BR1 Echo Board
This is a SMALL SIZED Echo Board that will give radio's the STADIUM / BIG RADIO SOUND.
This board is much smaller and designed to fit in the smaller framed/size radios with a EASY 3 wire connection/installation.
ie:
RED wire to 12V
WHITE wire to MIC AUDIO PIN on Mic.
SHIELD wire to MIC SHIELD PIN on Mic.
MAGNUM XLF 20 AMP Power Cord Filter's
These "Higher Power" Power Cord Filter's are designed with a Common Mode Filter inside unlike the the regular PLF-10 Power Cord Filter's built with the Pi filter's.

That'll be a wild echo board. Wonder how that is gonna work out with only three wires to connect? Is that gonna be in that new radio or is that just a new board for sale? |

Is that what's coming in the new radios or is it just an add-on board?
I was saying that with only those wires to hook up I just wondered how it worked right? I only see two connections for the mic and it doesn't say input and output.
But I'll be looking to try one cause those astatic boards stink.

The MAGNUM BR-1 BIG RADIO SOUND™ ECHO ~ REVERB BOARD is a SMALL add on board for radios without Echo boards in them.

Length: 1-3/4"
Width: 1-3/8"
Height: 1/2"
Control Cable: 6" w/Chrome On/Off Variable Control.
The REVIEW on it should be finished and posted soon.

S9-175 went into production in August, due first part of September, now middle of October? My beloved has offered me an S9 for xmas, if the 175 appears before i'll go 1/2's with her....any news at all?

It's sad that a radio that so many people are wanting keeps getting pushed farther back. It would be real nice if whoever is building them would get it in gear. Up until I came back looked in here today, I had forgot that Magnum was even suppose to have a radio that big. I guess we'll see come December and atleast by Feb of next year whether any of us will have one of these radios. |
