What's the word on the 257 sporting the ERF-2030 Finals? What is the difference between these finals? |

The UPDATES on the Magnun257 with ERF-2030 finals are located here in the Magnum Area under the Topic Titled:
MAGNUM RADIO UPDATES 12/23/2006
The difference is the ERF_2030 will Radios offer MORE POWER.
MAGNUM 257 with 1969 Finals rated at: 30W PEP
MAGNUM 257 with ERF-2030 Finals rated at 50W PEP
No other changes have been made to them.

Is there a price set for the 257 with the ERF-2030 finals?
I want a 257, but can't decide....by one now, or wait for the new one. |

Sorry but no firm price can be set on a radio that has not been produced yet or shipped as Copper Electronics does not know what the final cost from the manufacturer will be per unit.
Sam Lewis guessed they would be $10 to $15 dollar's more than the MAGNUM 257's with the 1969 finals from his statement in the Copper Voice Chat on 12/23/2006.

Got my "new cool blue 257" today and waiting for some conditions I sure like the look.So far
so good.
Mine didn't come w/a warranty card?Guess I'll
have to give ol Sam a ring and see why.
I sure hope they're not being sold without a
warranty! We'll see shortly.
