I just bought from Copper and Ive had it for about one week now. Works excellant and I get more power out of it than advertised. Ive received great radio checks on transmit and it receives better than my Stonewall Jackson. Another great deal and tune up from Copper! I would highly recomend.

To the Copper Electronics community: I ordered the Ranger RCI 2970N2. It arrived on time safely. I was amazed at the quality that went into making this radio. When Keyed up the radio to test it after I installed the e-chip, my hair set on fire, then a mushroom cloud happened somewhere in the world.....LoL....Just kidding. But it did however caused my tv to turn on, which shocked me, so I have to use it away from my apartment building. Now I can dominate the air waves. Joe, aka Hurricane

for years I used ranger radio the 2970 dx 2970N2 and the 2917 and they always meet the mark guys try to key on me and they dont have a chance I always tell them old man copper cant be beat get right or get keyed on thanks copper 73s

I am a frequent returning customer and am always very pleased with the sales staff and the quality of all item I have ordered in the past year. Regarding the RCI 2970N2, This is an outstanding radio. Just received it today April 21st, replacing my 2950DX. I was amazed at the power output. It is everything as stated and more. You do need at least the 30 amp power supply for this one. The quality RCI has put into this radio is very evident. The power harness is something you might find on a commercial grade Micor, Mitrek etc by the big M. It is first class. I recommend this radio to anyone. Frankly I like the ability to run a flat 100 watts, many prefer more and this radio can deliver up to 300 SSB. It has one hot receiver and you may like to reduce the input somewhat.... It is that HOT. Copper will never give you wrong information and is there all the time to assist...
