when mic is keyed this thing squeals and freek counter goes up about 800 kc recive works fine tried new mic still dose the same thing any ideas? |

Are you meaning the tx freq jumps up 80ch ???
Sounds like it has a mod gone wrong or is in dire need of complete re-alignment .

same as a galaxy 88, with same problems....possibly cold/bad solder joint, mirror board issue, etc. try into a dummyload to make sure not an SWR problem. |

858 no mod on this it only dose it after it warms up! and yes it dose it on tx recieve is fine.
