I have an AT-6666 and I want to wire an RD104E mic to this radio, if possible add 2 push buttons and keep channels change feature on the mic, anybody has a diagram to do this? Thank You |

It's not that easy to wire up the mic for the up/down switches, it would take mimicking the stock microphone with the diodes and resistors used in the circuit plus the fact it isn't a lot of room for the switches. now for the wiring of the mic itself, pin 1 is audio/white pin 2 n/c pin 3 is PTT/red pin 4 n/c (would be for the up/down switch setup) pin 5 ground/shield and blue pin 6 n/c (12v+ used with the up/down switch setup Hope this helped. 3's Greg |
