Which is better and why? What would one expect for output? Can they be converted to cover 10,11,and 12 meter bands? At around $400 each which would you choose?

No Need for reply, saw these on Coppers "bargins" but I guess they are long gone. When I called they said they had no "used" bases. Wish they would update their site, save everyone time and trouble....
