Anyone know of any mods for this radio? Which resistor is the audio limiter? Which resistor should you add a diode to for increased modulation? Any other mods?

No, I don't mean telling me which pots do what. I bought the whole Galaxy CD already. I mean which resistor is for the audio limiter and which one is for the modulation limiter. Like the trick for the 44's where you use the diode for swing mod. The things most people say you shouldn't do in the first place. I just want to experiment a little.

But thanks for answering me anyway. I sent you a email or two also...

I looked at the schematic and you can increase swing by adding a resistor and 1n4001 diode to c233 just like the galaxy 88 99 and so on.it is to the left of the audio drivers q55 and q54 with the radio facing you .try lifting the leg of the resister r276 next to vr16 and see if that will kill the limiter.look at the npc-rc mod for the vr9000 on this forum and it will help you to find it.hope this helps .
