How do you promote Ham Radio ?

Like Fly Fishing, active local clubs that have events and invite friends. Also,College and High School clubs are a great way.

U Texas has a fairly active group. These clubs build a Controlled Radio Shack, and levels of privledges are earned by participation in the membership,participation in the building, and earning a ticket.

I first got involved through the Civil Air Patrol.

Tell people about your hobbie and how it works,And tell them about COPPERso that we can promote cb and ham radio.

Thats why we continue to keep growing and help as many people to understand what we do.

Ham radio its all about communications and helping when we can.
