Does anyone run this on 10/11 meters? I have everything to do it, but never have tried it. Are there any active frequencies on 10 or 11 so I can check out to see how this works.

"PSK" and all other digital modes are illegal on 27mhz "CB" (11 meters). AM and SSB phone are the only modes allowed on the 27mhz "CB" service band.

Though not allowed on 11 meters, it is allowed on MURS.

"MURS permits the use of a variety of emission modes, but the most common is analog voice using FM modulation. Data communications are permitted, but the FCC prohibits image transmissions. [95.401]"

Speaking of MURS...

Radio Shack offered, a few years ago, some transceivers for MURS, but discontinued them from lack of consumer interest.

Is anybody aware of anybody else currently offering legal, type-accepted transceivers, specifically for this radio service?

I am aware of the guy selling "MURS radios", from Great Britain, on e-bay...but highly doubt that they are type-accepted...and even if they are, I would imagine that there is quite a duty tax on them.

Jms656,
Yes I operate PSK31 and other digital modes on 10 meter Ham Bands. I also SWL and know that there are those on 11 meter freeband that operate PSK and SSTV there (not in regular 40 channel cb band area). There is a great amount of PSK31 on 27.500 and SSTV on 27.700 above CB but below 10 meter band.

The HF, PSK frequencies are as follows:
160 meters - 1.807
80 meters - 3.580
40 meters - 7.070
30 meters - 10.140
Beginners, Start Here. 20 meters - ** 20 meters MOST ACTIVE
14.070
15 meters - 21.070
10 meters - 28.120

There is digial mode acitivty 24 hours a day 7 days a week on the Ham Bands...give it a listen or better yet if not licensed give Ham Radio a try and have some digital soundcard DX fun:
