Does any one know how to modify the o2a pll chip,
I am wanting to be able to get 26.935 on my radio.
It is a old HY-GAIN model 2680x with the o2a pll.
ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! |

Sure...
Pins 7 through 14 are the programming pins. Use a meter to read the hi/lo per pin per channel. Then simply add / delete to go Higher or lower. |

307,I need help.Installed a audio clipper circuit in my eagle 2000,connected it properly and promptly blew out audio chain on key down.Removed it and sent radio to local tech.Used galaxy saturn serv.man. some traces were different,but he got audio back on line.Although,modulation fell way off above 4 watts carrier.Now have no modulated audio on AM only.SSB perfect.IC4,TR50,TR51 OK,have not checked TR49,although,when TR32 is removed modulation goes off scale at 4or 10 watts carrier.Very puzzling!!! |

WOW...If you replaced the Audio IC and still no modulation , then most likely if SSB is working , the 8 Volts is missing from the 14 pin mixer IC on the left rear corner. Change the AM regulator , and the pre-regulator.That is going to be a tough one..If you want me to fix it , I will.
