Your AX-7 is Wired:
PIN #1 ~ AUDIO
PIN #2 ~ TRANSMIT
PIN #3 ~ SHIELD
PIN #4 ~ N/C
PIN #5 ~ RECEIVE
The Cobra Mic should be:
SHIELD ~ GROUND
RED ~ AUDIO
WHITE ~ TRANSMIT
BLUE ~ RECEIVE
BLACK ~ COMMON

that's helpful , Thanks for the info Tech808 . Those 5 pin mic plugs are a pain ... lol , the wires keep coming disconnected . |
