Hi, just wondering if anyone has knowledge or the Uniden pro 520xl with a different board in it than what they used too? My radio dosen't have a D-14 for AMC limiter? It also dosen't have VR's anymore it has RV's in its place. I should probally post a picture of the board so everyone can see it. I'll have to do that later today. Just wondered it anyone has knowledge on how to peak and tune this radio? Thanks, Mike |

VR's and RV's are the same thing. You don't want to clip the limiter on those radios, but you should be able to open up the modulation to around 100% and have a good sounding radio. |
