Ok I was surfing the web and ran accross a radio/walkie talkies that I haven't heard of before and was wondering if anyone else out there has heard of them. They are called eXRS radios by Trisquare, eXRS is eXtreme Radio Service. Some of the reading sounded interesting but I know that the majority of the time it's all Marketing Hipe... So I was just curious if anyone has heard of or even as far as used these radios.

They use a form of spread sprectrum up in the 900 mhz range VERY CLOSE to the computer links used for networking.

Not knowing the power my guess they are about the same as a FRS set range wise.
On 6 since 66
