I am currently using 213 coax, I want to know what the best coax is, I'm currently using 213.
I want to know what the best coax in the same diameter is. My application is 2 meters.

LMR-400 type coax would be very good at 2 meter frequencies. So would 9913. Your 213 has a bit more loss at 2 meter freqs than the two I mentioned, but there are other factors that come into play, such as the length of run you have, etc.
I use simple RG-8x for my feedline to my tri-band vertical (6/2/440) and it works for me, but I run LMR-400 on my 2m & 432 yagis for weak signal work.
Obviously, everyone has different operating needs and budgets. Search for coax cable attenuation charts and take a look at the various losses that different coaxes have at certain frequencies.

www.ocarc.ca/coax.htm

this site tells you that at 144 mHz, 100 watts through 50' of coax to an antenna with a 1.5:1 swr will get approx 11 more watts 'out' using lmr400 rather then rg213. it also says that 9913 gets another half watt MORE then lmr400! you can plug in any freq, wattage, swr, cable length you want, and they cover a very large assortment of coax.
