Mitchell,
The Workman "Mighty Mini Base Microphone" wiring should be the same as the Standard 4 pin Cobra/Uniden wiring.
PIN #1 ~ RX
PIN #2 ~ TX
PIN #3 ~ AUDIO
PIN #4 ~ Common/Shield
For Realistic 434
PIN #1 ~ Common/Shield
Pin #3 ~ N/C
Pin #3 ~ TX
Pin #4 ~ AUDIO
Pin #5 ~ RX
