Radio worked fine Sunday turned it on Monday had to turn volume up all the way. |

what does audio sound like 'turned all the way up'? does S-meter show same signal strengths as usual? does the receive audio sound all 'scratchy' & high pitched? how about xmit-does it work normal or does it sound the same as the receive? if that's the case, possibly the audio IC....long vertically mounted IC-looking thingy with legs on one side only, monted to side of chassis. |

I got it fixed,needed A diode.working great now. |
