Hey guys, I bought this piece of gear at a flea market for a few bucks. No doubt it is old and homemade. It plugs into the wall 110 volts and has lights and probes and knobs and a reset in the back.
What the heck is it is the question!
Please look in my members pictures section to give me some clues. thanks
KEEP IT REAL!

I recently converted a atx pc power supply. The most DC voltage I can get out of it is 11.68. Can I safely run a tuned up ssb radio and not harm anything? I know the minimum required on most radios is 11.7.
