can i unhook the amp in the radio and run a
amp like a dx400 with it and will it hurt
the radio |

Yes you can un-hook it very easy AND the radio will last forever.....

it is simple to un-hook the key up circut in the turbo/2990 chasssi, remove the cover and with the radio right side up and the front facing you look at the left rear section of the main board you will see a fiber board sticking out just in front of the driver and final just off to the left of this board there will be two wires one black and one brown with a plug in on the end of them just pull this plug off the board and the amp will not key-up. |
