Just wondering if I need to use a larger coax than the RG8X for my mobile running a Texas Star DX350V or if it is heavy enough for this amp. I have also noticed quite a few post's for frequency charts and 1 of the best I have found is www.hotspotcb.com just click on the charts link. The prices are a little high but the charts are free.

Tech181 or 307-If either one of you happen to see this I was wondering if you had ever heard of a Turner model 254C mic.,it's an old mic. I found they called it a "bullet head" style mic. if that helps any. What I need to know is if this mic. will wire up to the Galaxy Melaka base and how or would it be just something neat to have around. If nothing else it would go good with Dads collection of D-104(he has one of each model I think) anyway enough rambling was just wondering if you guys or someone else may know. SEE YA'

Tech181 I'm not surewhat color wires the mic has, It's one my Dad found on an auction site he buys from. He said they were real good mics. when they came out. He had one and said it sounded almost as good as the D-104 so I think I'll have him bid on it for me and I'll post a message for you and let you know. The add on the auction says it's "New Vintage Dealer Stock" new in box never been opened,so I guess we'll see.

Tech181 It has three wires:Red,Black&Clearw/braided shield. Hope you can figure it out. Just in case can you include wiring instructions for a D-104 for the Melaka also in case I miss this one I can still use one of Dad's mics.
