I have a 3900 mobile tried putting in a roger beep but it did not work so I took it out and modulation dropped drastically. I need wiring diagram for mic plug and color code for it. Write me at T_nickell@hotmail.com. Thank you alot.

Do you mean the Connex 3300? The mic wiring is as follows

(1) Shield
(2) Mod
(3) TX
(4) RX
