i have a chance to buy a 3 element 10meter beam i talk on 11 can the 10 meter be converted to 11 metere?

I would not see why not. jut need to tune it on 11 meters. maybe shorten the elements a little.

I am sure some one will chime in here.

NO DO NOT SHORTEN - the elements need to be lengthed for 11m. Usually there is enough overlap to do so. Also spacing between elements may need a bit of tweaking for maximum gain etc..
