I have a Cobra 148dtl it receaves but when I transmit I can jus about hear it on my other cb. But I can not get out at all. My friend can not hear me on it but he hears my other radio. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong with it please. also what would the price of the service manual or samsphotofax cost. This info is needed ans I thank you for your help.
