Will the no ground cb antenna tuner help me receive more? Where I live is like I am living in between 2 big hills is like a U and I'm living in the lower point of the U. I'm looking for something that will allow me to increase receive more so that I can hear more stations.

Best bet is a higher and better antenna. The no ground tuner only helps make the antenna match the radio, so if you'r SWR is reasonable you would see little if any difference. In fact depending on the tuner you may even see a loss in signal.

I'm using a 39" no ground antenna. I have a solarcon that I purchased last year but I am having a problem finding brackets to install it. I would like to install it to an exust pipe. I need like a double tube bracket one that wraps around that exust pipe and one that wraps around the antenna mast.

Just a suggestion that I have used on large pipe's to attach antennas over the year's.

Go to an AUTO Part's store or some where like Menard's, Lowes or Home Depot and get the Largest Stainless hose / dryer clamp's you can find.

These allow you to connect them together to make any length you need.

Hope this help's,
