Biskybabyusa / Jim,

According to my ASTATIC Wiring Hand Book you have it wired correctly.

PIN #1 ~ WHITE = AUDIO
PIN #2 ~ SHIELD = GROUND & BLUE = COMMON FOR SWITCHING
PIN #3 ~ RED = PTT - PUSH TO TALK

YELLOW = RECEIVE GROUND N/C = NOT CONNECTED

BLACK = RECEIVE CONTROL N/C = NOT CONNECTED

So I could only guess the problem is in the Mic itself.

Do other mic's work ok with the radio?

If they do then the problem is probably with the Mic itself.

Got it Lon ! I forgot that I had taken the battery out of that mic--- Duh, hence no audio ! It's all set and cleaned up the audio with the Astatic mic. Any idea what a typical dead key and swing might be?

Sorry my mistake Jim,

I did not even think to tell you to check the battery first.

Glad you have it working.
