I have a Cobra 29LTD serial number 43011339 that has no TX or RX. The radio powers up but the RX led is not on. TR 23, R105 and TR 21 get hot to the touch as soon as the radio is powered up. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

TR21 is used as the TX Switch
Tr-23 is a voltage regulator circuit feeding power into the audio section. the input circuit to this regulator also feeds the driver TR22.......

I replaced TR 23, R105 and TR 21. They are still getting hot. Do you think that TR 22 driver is bad?
