I came across the s-620 t-connector could i use this at the back of radio with 2 less say 9 foot jumpers for twin whips instead of a co-phase harness thanks.

The co-phase harness uses two calculated lengths of coax to ensure the correct phasing between the antennas.

Can you use the t-piece? Yes if you CAREFULLY measure the coax patch cabales. If you're not sure about, buy a pre-made harness, it maybe more expensive, but is a heck of a lot easier.
