Ok, I need to read these carefully before posting.
Well now you have the tune up here is what I found for wiring
Audio 1
Ground 2
Common 2
PTT 4
Receive 3 |

modulation RV 201
am power L304, L305, L306
On the am power, don't just crank them all the way, monitor your meter, there will be a sweet spot in there to leave it at, be patient.
