I just aquired a new KL203P doing some trading. The amp came with no instructions. So heres my questions. Will this amp work on 27mhz? The RM website shows 20-30 mhz for this amp. Next do i have to do any mods to this amp for 27mhz? And last but not least, what are do the 3 switches on the front do?

Very nice little amp. The 3 switches are Pre-amp, Off & on, AM & SSB. And it should be ready to rock on 27 mhz if it came from Copper. Remember this only drive it with 2 watts or less. And your new amp will run cool and last for many years. You should see about 110-140 watts AM & 150+ SSB.
