How high should I place a 2 Meter Vertical (same mast) over a 2 Meter FM (Horz.) Beam? The vert is 17ft long, and the Beam is 6ft long. Longest element is 40.5 in. I was thinking about 3 ft should work.

If the vertical doesn't have any radials, then you can mount it directly above the beam (assuming it is horizontal). If the vertical has radials, then the lowest portion of the antenna or radials needs to be at least 18 inches away from any par of the beam.
