having a Maco Y Quad already up at 48' would it be worth the added expence to switch to a Maco shooting star.not to worried about what the difference would be Dxing but looking for maybe better ground wave.

More elements will equal a lower takeoff angle which will greatly improve ground wave contacts (when oriented properly).
