I have a power supply that puts out 20 amp continus & 25 amp surge. Can i hook up my radio to this & and a linier with out doing harm to the radio or can i hook multiple pieces of equipment to it as long as i don't go over 20 amps.

If it's like most power supplies, when you reach its max it will let you know. My Pyramid 26/30 sounds an annoying beep and flashes an LED.

Yes you can hook them both (radio and amp) up to the same PS. I have had two radios, an amp, AND a fan hooked up to mine, no problemo.
