is it possille to use a coax T connecter to run 2 radios into one antenna that way its very simple to swap between radios. Thanks

DO NOT DO IT. Especially if the two radios are on the saem oe harmoincally related bands. The end result will be one or more blown receivers, and the increased likely hood of RFI.

A radio that is connected to a shared antenna can cause the transmitted signal from the other radio to be multiplied in frequency and re-transmitted as a relatively high powered harmonic.

This is why setups like repeaters use special devices (Cavity Filters) to connect teh transmitter adn receiver to a common antenna - to isolate them from each other.

The lesser problem, you'd see is the transmitting radio would de-sense the reeiver in the other radio.
