ok this is my fault. i was tired and made a mistake. i had just installed a blue led in a cobra 25 nw st. i flipped the radio over to tune it and a poof of smoke came up. fricken left the solder wire on the bench and it shorted something out. radio has good RX. and i put talk back in it and has audio through talk back and pa. key radio is keys up but no power on the power meter. the final is a c 2078 all i had on hand was a 2166 and a 2312. tried both still does the same. so im thinking driver. i dont have any in stock of coarse. the driver is a c 1957, so my questions are. do you think its the driver final combo. or what? 2md question what can i replace the c 1957 with since there seems to be a small selection of those available
