Hi:
My 148gtl has a Para Dynamics # PDC-256 Freq.Counter and it has worked great for may years now, but it has been in storage for some time and today I hooked everything in my truck and the Freq. Counter goes Hay-Wire, I can hear and talk to folks, but the read-out jumps around.What is wrong here? Please let me know, Thank you for your time.

Sounds like it lost its signal ground inside the radio where the counter hooks up to the main board.
