So, the S/RF meter works in tx mode, but not rx. Anyone familiar with this issue or has a suggestion? |

That indicates that 1) the meter itself is good, and 2) the issue is in the S-meter circuitry. With you not having specified the model of the radio, it's a bit hard to suggest what components to look at
