Trying to get this old radio back up and running. It has very weak receive and no transmit according to internal and external meters receive is so weak it doesn't register on meter can only hear using headphones. Key circuit works transmit relays work but no signal going out. I am going to work on Recieve first then go from there need to know where to start. I do not have access to a scope or analyzer only have Simpson multi meter and my External meter/antenna tuner if this can't be done with what i have let me know and i will shelve it till i can send it to someone for repair but would rather fix it myself!

I did an ECG cross reference parts look up in my old parts book. I cant find a replacement so far. You might want to Google an NTE cross reference .
