This was my first big radio when I was a teen in the mid-70s. I picked one up for the heck of it, and it happens to have the local XTAL in it! I can't find any mods for it. I have some nice mikes I can use, just like to know the limiter in case it's still too weak. I would be fun to tune it well with some audio, and not have anybody believe what I'm using. Ha., ha...

Never mind, found a schematic, D6 is the limiter, can't think of much else worth the trouble for this one...
